GLOBALG.A.P (Global Good Agricultural Practices) is the world’s leading farm assurance program, translating consumer requirements into agricultural production practices. The certification covers all stages of production from pre-harvest activities such as soil management and plant protection product application to post-harvest produce handling, packing, and storing. Achieving and maintaining this certification requires rigorous adherence to over 200 control points and compliance criteria.

The certification renewal process involved a comprehensive audit of our entire operation, from our contracted farms to our pack house facility. Independent auditors examined our documentation, inspected our facilities, interviewed our staff, and verified that our practices meet the stringent requirements set by the GLOBALG.A.P standard. We are proud to report that we passed the audit with an excellent compliance score, reflecting the dedication and hard work of our entire team.

One of the key areas assessed during the certification audit is traceability. Our traceability system allows us to track every product from the specific farm where it was grown, through the pack house, to the final customer. This level of transparency is essential for ensuring food safety and for quickly identifying and addressing any issues that may arise. Our digital record-keeping systems make it possible to trace any product within minutes, giving our customers confidence in the safety and origin of the produce they receive.

Hygiene and food safety controls are another critical component of the GLOBALG.A.P standard. Our pack house operates under strict hygiene protocols, with regular cleaning schedules, pest control measures, and staff health monitoring. All employees receive comprehensive training on food safety procedures, and our quality control team conducts daily inspections to ensure compliance. Temperature monitoring throughout our cold chain ensures that products are stored and transported under optimal conditions.

Worker welfare is a fundamental aspect of the GLOBALG.A.P certification. The standard requires fair treatment of workers, safe working conditions, and access to essential services.
